The location was wonderful, near to a main street and a museum. It took us 5 minutes to drive to this quiet and fantastic accommodation from the airport. Comforts of clean double room with a balcony were fabulous;))

It was located right in downtown hyanis. They would not check in people till the 3pm check in time, the staff had alot of language barriers

The rooms not bweing ready @ 2:45 pm, the staffs language barriers, I know cape cod well and didn't need any help with locations, but someone travelsing in and not knowing the area would have a hard time asking the staff for help

The location is fantastic.

The room was musty and the pool and whirlpool facilities are outdated. This hotel definitely did not seem like it was worth the money.

We came to Hyannis for summer holidays, everything was great. The rooms were relaxing equipped with a balcony, 2 full size beds. Also, location was unbeatable, within walking distance of John f Kennedy Memorial. Loved the restaurant for dinner.

Good location to visit Hyannis and take ferry to Matha's Vineyard. Facilities are ok (parking, outdoor pool, internet, airco, ....)

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was surpired there was even a room open. My boyfriend and I were traveling on our motorcycles and were too tired to ride home and I was shocked to see they had rooms. The price was great and the location could not have been better :) The front desk staff was very nice. There was a young girl with brown hair at the desk when we checked in around 6pm. She was very nice and made us feel welcome. I work at a hotel myself and know custmer service and she was wonderful. I will definilty stay here again!!! The beds were great too.

The location to main street was good. Easy to find. Staff let us park in their lot hours before we could check in.

Way over priced. It cost us over $500 for two nights. Not worth that by any means. Old bed spreads, musty damp smell. Balcony needs paint. Sauna not operable. Pool had black rim around liner and faced the street. Breakfast not included, should be for the price. Restaurant/bar only opened thursday through saturday. Should be rated 2 stars not 3.

easy access to downtown and local attractions for weekend explorers

I enjoyed being just a few steps from Main Street, where I discovered charming shops and cafes, and I was thrilled to find the Cape Cod Maritime Museum only a short walk away, making my city strolls both good and convenient.

Very clean and within walking distance of downtown Hyannis and the ferry boats. They also had a very good and reasonable breakfast buffet.

This is not exactly a dislike, but they could update the showers to include a soap dish.

+ Fair motel, relatively clean and not that expensive + Free parking

- The room smelled chemicals - Very noise neighbors opposite room (ie poor noise isolation) - Wifi was virtually non-existent

Great Family Getaway

The pool area was perfect for the kids, and the complimentary breakfast with fresh muffins and coffee was a good start to our mornings. Staff were attentive. Make sure to grab a towel before hitting the pool!

Old and dated rooms, furnishings and furniture. Desperately need a makeover to bring into this century. Mattress was sagging, room was like a cave and the wallpaper/paint was last updates in the 70's.

The indoor and outdoor pools were great, with a cozy patio for relaxation. Amazing location for exploring nearby beaches and downtown attractions. A fantastic value for our family!
